Open Baby Care Track → the Account tab → “Delete account” at the bottom, then confirm. Your account is deleted immediately — there’s no waiting period.
Don’t have the app installed, or can’t sign in? Email hi@babycaretrack.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We action these requests by hand, normally within a few days, and will confirm once it’s done.
Your user account (name, email, sign-in links), your device push tokens, your refresh tokens, and your membership in any household.
If you’re the last member of a household, that household and everything logged in it — feeds, nappy changes, pumping/expressing sessions, bottle feeds, sleep sessions, medicine/prescription records, onboarding answers and feedback — is permanently deleted with it.
This is an immediate, permanent deletion from our database, not a delayed or soft delete: there’s no “undo”, and no recovery period on our side once it’s run.
Baby Care Track lets two parents share one household. If you delete your account but a partner is still a member of your household, the household and everything already logged in it — including entries you personally recorded — is NOT deleted. Only your own account, sign-in and household membership are removed; your partner keeps the shared history so they aren’t left without their baby’s data.
If you want the household itself erased, every member needs to delete their account (or you need to remove the other members first, as the household owner).
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may retain short-lived infrastructure logs and standard database backup/recovery snapshots for a limited period as part of running the service, independent of what our own database shows. We don’t use these to restore a deleted account, and we can’t selectively purge an individual record from them on request.
